1nwin Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "1nwin" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the domain 1nwin.one, including all associated products, services, and features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 1nwin, accesses the Platform, places a wager, or otherwise uses any service offered by 1nwin.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the 1nwin platform, encompassing all associated balances, transaction records, bonus entitlements, and personal settings.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or real-money participation in any game, event, or activity offered on the 1nwin platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-withdrawable credit applied to a Player's account by 1nwin as part of a promotional offer, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, and free bet credits.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds or winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and are eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all 1nwin transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that 1nwin conducts in accordance with its internal compliance procedures prior to approving withdrawals or other account actions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour described in Clause 8 of these Terms that is strictly forbidden on the 1nwin platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms & Conditions apply to all Players.

Access to and use of the 1nwin platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the entire duration of a Player's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 1nwin enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated balances will be forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. 1nwin's products and services are made available specifically for players located in the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited at the national level — other than Indonesia — may be blocked or restricted at 1nwin's discretion.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 1nwin platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, whether self-imposed through the 1nwin platform or requested via the support team. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of 1nwin products and services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent point — remains accurate and up to date.

1nwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including government-issued photographic identification (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card — or valid passport), proof of residential address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 1nwin's compliance team may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

By completing registration on the 1nwin platform, you confirm that:

1. All information you have provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
2. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
4. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
5. You understand that gambling involves risk, and you accept sole responsibility for all wagers placed through your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1nwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another Player's account for any purpose. 1nwin will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1nwin immediately by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 1nwin will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to the account pending resolution. However, 1nwin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials or has shared credentials with a third party.

1nwin employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages and across all data transmissions between your device and the platform servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) options are available and are strongly recommended for all Players. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access and is a free security feature accessible from your account settings.

All financial transactions on the 1nwin platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied, and there are no foreign exchange fees. The current supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as the Indonesian e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your 1nwin account within minutes of successful bank confirmation, subject to your chosen payment channel's processing schedule. 1nwin does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 1nwin accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours, subject to KYC verification having been completed. 1nwin aims to complete all withdrawal transfers within one to three business hours of approval. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name and matching the details provided during KYC — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Players must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the related Real Money Balance portion can be withdrawn.
• 1nwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000, including source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawals associated with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Prohibited Conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently withheld.
• 1nwin reserves the right to reverse an unprocessed withdrawal back to your 1nwin account balance at your reasonable written request, subject to no processing having yet occurred.

1nwin offers a range of promotional offers and bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural occasions such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi, as well as major sporting events including the BRI Liga 1 season, Piala AFF, and the FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign for Timnas Indonesia.

Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and product categories, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. The specific terms for each promotion are communicated at the time the offer is presented. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, identity verification.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the promotional period.

• 1nwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, system error, or where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to these Terms.
• In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

All games available on the 1nwin platform — including RNG-based slot games, live dealer casino games, sportsbook markets, and regional card game formats such as Bandar Ceme (a domino-based Indonesian card game) and Sic Bo — are subject to their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

RNG-based games on 1nwin are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. These games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1nwin platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of account use.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of a human Player.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of any game or sports event available on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing promotional offers through coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from 1nwin.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication toward 1nwin staff or other Players via any communication channel.

1nwin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available free of charge to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified period of continuous time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the platform lasting 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but all wagering activity is suspended.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1nwin platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, or creating derivative works based on any 1nwin content without the prior written consent of 1nwin.

Game assets, software, and content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the 1nwin platform under licence. Unauthorised reproduction of third-party content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1nwin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 1nwin platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, network disruption, or circumstances beyond 1nwin's reasonable control (including natural disasters, industrial action, or government-ordered access restrictions).
• Any loss of data, account balance, or wagering history arising from technical errors, provided that 1nwin maintains documented records of all transactions.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, odds information, or third-party content displayed on the platform.

In any event, 1nwin's total aggregate liability to any individual Player — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 1nwin account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

1nwin collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with the 1nwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at 1nwin.one/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 1nwin includes, but is not limited to, registration information (name, date of birth, address, email address), identity verification documents, financial transaction records, and platform usage data. This data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and, where you have given separate consent, marketing communications.

1nwin does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and game studio providers — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the platform's services, and subject to binding data protection agreements. All data is stored using industry-standard security protocols including 256-bit SSL encryption.

1nwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it affects Player rights in a substantive way — 1nwin will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via a prominently displayed notice on the platform and, where possible, via direct communication to the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the 1nwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

All previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request from the 1nwin compliance team. The version published on this page is the current and operative version as of the Effective Date stated in the page header.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 1nwin platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the platform's operating jurisdiction. 1nwin operates as an internationally licensed platform and maintains compliance with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to regulatory restrictions under Indonesian national law. Players access and use the 1nwin platform at their own legal discretion and bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is consistent with any applicable laws in their place of residence. 1nwin does not provide legal advice regarding the regulatory status of online gaming in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction.

Players and 1nwin each waive the right to a jury trial or class-action proceeding to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Players who remain unsatisfied with the outcome of a formal complaint after the internal resolution process has been completed may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism described in Clause 14.
